The Online Benefit Enrollment application walks the employee through each Benefit plan. The context-sensitive Help feature puts the appropriate Enrollment Guide pages one click away. LBi’s unique filtering process allows the employee to “filter-down” the selections so they can see plan and coverage choices side-by-side. Updating and maintaining dependents and beneficiaries are prompted to the employee on the fly.
Customers that currently utilize PeopleSoft’s HCM Benefits Administration module for the open enrollment process experience a seamless integration with the LBi Online Benefit Enrollment application.
