JAVA Web Application Developer

LBi Software is seeking a Software Engineer to work as part of a team. We are looking for a candidate with 3-5 years of experience in Java-based web application development.

Candidates will be working on a team to design and develop custom enterprise web applications. Candidates must be self-starters and able to follow written and verbal direction working with a technical team leader. They must be able to produce well-documented and efficient code and possess the communication skills necessary to explain complex technical information. A four-year degree in Computer Science or equivalent is required. The position requires strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Senior PeopleSoft HCM Developer/Manager

Technical developers or analysts with expertise in PeopleSoft V9.x – HCM, Benefits (including BenAdmin), and Payroll experience required. Candidates must be self-motivated individuals and be able to work effectively in a team environment or independently.

Candidates must have excellent communication and organizational skills, must be able to produce well-documented and efficient code and possess a positive attitude. A four-year degree in Computer Science or equivalent is required.

Required technical skills include:
