This session discusses integrating a web-enabled time and attendance reporting system with your HCM system. With a web based solution, employees can access the online system from a variety of devices including smart phones. Web access can be complemented by an IVR option expanding the reach of the solution so that employees without internet access or smart phones can enter vacation (PTO) requests and timesheets from anywhere conveniently. The results are decreased administrative costs and increased productivity.
